Peter Jöback - Scandinavian recording star brings his band to Bush Hall with special guest Ellis J Barraclough

Peter Jöback is a Scandinavian superstar who has collaborated with musical icons such as SiaKate Pierson of the B52s, Gale Ann Dorsey and ABBA’s Björn & Benny. He is a multi-platinum recording artist and has several Swedish Grammy nominations, including Artist of the Year, alongside various radio awards.

Peter recently released his new album, Atlas, which includes 10 future classics performed by Peter, produced by Ed Harcourt and co-written by Joback, Harcourt and Kathryn Williams. The album includes features from Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Ed Harcourt and has received fantastic reviews;

"...carefully and beautifully arranged album with hints of British 70s and consistently well-written songs. 'Modern Man', a duet with Harcourt... a key track with its theme of daring to express emotions and show vulnerability.

Pop with style and ballads to believe in.” AB.

"The roots can be found in obvious household names like David Bowie and Elton John but also in the English music hall tradition like Elvis Costello…" GP

Peter is also a leading man on the West End and Broadway. After successful performances in London’s West End and on Broadway as The Phantom in The Phantom Of the Opera, Peter was handpicked by Cameron Mackintosh, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Hal Prince to play The Phantom on its 30th anniversary on Broadway. Earlier this year, Peter starred in another iconic role as Jean Valjean in Les Miserables at the Sondheim theatre in the West End.

Peter and his 5-piece band will perform songs from his current album as well as some carefully picked classics and he’s happy to welcome Ed Harcourt as his special guest.
